I bought a lot of blueberries and needed something to do with them so I made a simple cobbler... I tossed the blueberries with the zest and juice of one lemon and sugar then made a dough (with a lot of almond extract) and baked it for about 30 min. the biscuits turned out moist and flavorful but the blueberry part is a little too soupy... hmm, next time maybe a little corn starch?

I made fresh blueberry cobbler
I bought a lot of blueberries and needed something to do with them so I made a simple cobbler...
