I made fresh blueberry cobbler

I bought a lot of blueberries and needed something to do with them so I made a simple cobbler... I tossed the blueberries with the zest and juice of one lemon and sugar then made a dough (with a lot of almond extract) and baked it for about 30 min. the biscuits turned out moist and flavorful but the blueberry part is a little too soupy... hmm, next time maybe a little corn starch?

back again

Well I'm back from Tennessee, sunburned and exhausted. I did a little networking and a lot of working-working. I only have two regrets: not seeing Al Green and not taking pictures. Well I brought my camera but I only took 2 pictures. Which is a shame because I had access to anywhere on stage/photo pit. I guess 2 is better than 0, right?

in case you can't tell, i really love janelle monae. she's like a female andre 3000. and she's adorable. and she's obsessed with robots.

renovations

I've realized that I don't really take enough pictures in my day to day life to create content for this blog. So instead of just a photoblog, I'm going to start using this as an outlet for internet findings, short life updates and I'm even planning on posting more music. yay.

Right now, I'm preparing to go to Tennessee to work at Bonnaroo.
